Cooking a Donair Loaf at Home!
Directions: Cook in 350°F (180°C) oven for 2.5 hours using a roasting pan or double pan with 2 cups of water.
Please read the direction when cooking the small 2 lb mini loaf, as time in the oven will change based on loaf size.
For Donair Cakes, use the same directions, but cook for 3 hours and 15 minutes.
